Unveiled in production form in April 2026, the Denza Z is positioned as a direct competitor to high-end European electric sports cars and the Tesla Roadster.

It features BYD’s "Flash" charging, allowing for an 80% charge in approximately 9 minutes using compatible 1,500 kW chargers.

The vehicle produces over 1,000 horsepower (746 kW) and achieves a 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) sprint in less than 2 seconds .

It uses the DiSus-M intelligent magnetorheological body control system, which uses cameras to scan the road and adjust suspension stiffness in real-time.
