The central plot follows (Thomas Lennon) and Deputy Cherisha Kimball (Mary Birdsong) as they prepare to welcome a tribal leader from Reno’s sister city, Wanganui, New Zealand. However, the official greeting quickly devolves into chaos when they accidentally pick up a homeless man at the airport instead of the actual dignitary.
