Titled "Family That Drags Together," the queens gave drag makeovers to their own family members. Katya won the challenge, while Alyssa Edwards was shockingly eliminated after Detox won the lip sync.

In this episode, the final four queens—, Spankie Jackzon , Hannah Conda , and Molly Poppinz —were tasked with transforming members of a single family of men into their drag "sisters". Theme: "Opposites Attract".

In "The Family That Slays Together," the queens made over their mothers or sisters. Divina De Campo won, and Cheryl Hole was eliminated.

While not titled "Drag Family Makeover," this episode featured the "Diva Awards" and a significant emotional moment where Pandora Boxx shared her history of struggling with self-hatred and mental health. Thematic Analysis
