قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ

Islamic scholars have identified six distinct verses across various chapters of the Quran where the word shifa (healing/cure) or its derivatives are explicitly mentioned. These verses address both the physical body and the ailments of the heart. 1. Surah At-Tevbe, Verse 14

You can recite these verses directly over a glass of water and drink it, or over your hands and rub them across your body, which follows the Sunnah (prophetic tradition) of seeking cure. Kur'an-ı Kerim'den 6 Şifa Ayeti - Suffagâh

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Maintain a posture of full , trusting that ultimate healing comes only from the Creator.
