Writer-director Adamma Ebo doesn't lean into cartoonish parody. Instead, the film mimics the actual aesthetics of megachurch culture: the massive empty sanctuaries, the obsession with luxury brands (the Prada scene is iconic), and the linguistic gymnastics used to bypass accountability.
