Why does it feel like every "new" movie is a remake of something from 1994? Nostalgia is the ultimate safety blanket for studios. While it’s great to see our childhood favorites get a 4K glow-up, the real excitement lies in the "remix"—taking those old tropes and subverting them for a modern audience.

Remember when being into anime or Dungeons & Dragons was a secret handshake? Today, the "niche" is the mainstream. Thanks to algorithmic curation, subcultures are the new blockbusters. Shows like Stranger Things or The Last of Us prove that "geek culture" isn't a side quest—it’s the main mission. 2. The "Short-Form" Takeover

We are officially in the era of the "snackable" story. Platforms like TikTok and Reels have turned us all into amateur editors. It’s created a fascinating paradox: we’ll binge-watch an eight-hour docuseries on Sunday, but we’ll skip a three-minute YouTube video because it "feels too long." 1. My friend was trying to add herself to my Fitbit.
Guess what she added all her friends!!!
Owen to. And blocked EACH one of her friends.
I don’t want to block her friends I want them off my phone!!!

    • Hi Peggy,

It sounds like she added herself and friends to your phone’s Contacts app instead of the Fitbit app.

Once contacts get added to the phone’s contacts app, rather than block them, I suggest you open the Contacts app and delete them. It will be tedious since you need to do this one by one.

Now, to add friends via the Fitbit app. Open the app and tap the Community tab at the bottom. Then tap the upper tab for Friends and choose Add Friends. Instead of Connect Contacts, at the top choose either email or username (if you know it.) Then enter the email or username of your friend and send them an invite (they must accept the invite to make the connection.)
